Owner-Drivers (Contracts and Disputes) Act 2007

These regulations amend the Owner-Drivers (Contracts and Disputes) (Code of Conduct) Regulations 2010. The amendments primarily update contact information for the Tribunal and the Department, and revise the disclaimer in Schedule 1 Appendix 1.

Owner-drivers and contractors will be affected by the updated contact information for dispute resolution and information resources. The changes to the disclaimer in the information pamphlet clarify the nature of the information provided.
