Planning and Development Act 2005

These regulations amend the Planning and Development (Development Assessment Panels) Regulations 2011. They update regulations 5 and 6 by inserting a reference to section 171A(2A) of the Planning and Development Act 2005.

Local governments and development assessment panels will be affected by the changes, as they need to consider section 171A(2A) of the Planning and Development Act 2005 when making decisions.
