These regulations amend the Planning and Development (Development Assessment Panels) Regulations 2011. They update the fees for DAP applications based on the estimated cost of development and make minor textual corrections to Schedule 3.

Developers in Western Australia are affected by the changes to DAP application fees, which have increased. Local governments and development assessment panels will also be affected by the updated fee schedule.
