This notice, made under the Planning and Development Act 2005, specifies the fees to be charged by the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) for various planning and development related applications and services. It also repeals the Planning and Development (Fees) Notice 2018.
Developers, landowners, and other parties involved in planning and subdivision processes will be affected by the fees outlined in Schedule 1. Local governments may also be affected. The notice updates the costs associated with applications, reconsiderations, endorsements, and other services provided by the WAPC.
