This notice sets out the fees payable to the Western Australian Planning Commission for development applications determined under section 274 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 and applications made under section 279(2) of the Act. It also specifies additional fees for design reviews.
Developers submitting applications to the WA Planning Commission under section 274 or 279(2) of the Planning and Development Act 2005 will be affected by the fees outlined in this notice. Those requiring design reviews will incur additional costs.
