📜 Police (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2018

These regulations prescribe fees for various police services and charges for police services at major events, including planning and attendance. They also exempt certain events from Part IVB of the Police Act 1892 and repeal the Police (Fees) Regulations 1981.
Organisers of major events are affected by charges for police services. Individuals requesting police services such as criminal record checks or incident information will be subject to the specified fees. The public sector and volunteer organisations are affected by fees for national criminal history record checks.
