Principal Act
This regulation amends the Police Force (Member Testing) Regulations 2011 to update the definitions of 'nurse' and 'nurse practitioner' to align with the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Western Australia).
Registered nurses and nurse practitioners involved in police member testing are affected, as the definitions used to determine their qualifications are updated to reflect current legislation.
