Principal Act
This proclamation commences specific parts of the Procurement Act 2020, including Parts 2 to 6, Part 8, section 52 of Part 9, and Division 4 of Part 10. These provisions will come into operation the day after the proclamation is published in the Gazette.
Government agencies and suppliers involved in procurement processes in Western Australia will be affected. They will need to comply with the requirements outlined in the commenced parts of the Procurement Act 2020.
