Principal Act
These regulations prescribe certain entities as State agencies for the purposes of the Procurement Act 2020 and make transitional provisions for existing common use arrangements. They also amend the list of prescribed State agencies.
State agencies are affected by being subject to the Procurement Act 2020. Suppliers and public authorities involved in existing common use arrangements are affected by the transitional provisions. The Commissioner for Children and Young People and the Parliamentary Commissioner for Administrative Investigations are specifically included as State agencies.
