Principal Act
These regulations amend the Public Health Regulations 2017 to prescribe a fee for hotel quarantine and allow for payment of that fee by instalments. They also specify commencement dates for different sections of the regulations.
Individuals required to undergo hotel quarantine in WA will be affected by the introduction of fees. The regulations also allow individuals to apply to the Chief Health Officer to pay the quarantine fee in weekly, fortnightly or monthly instalments.
