These regulations amend several Liquor Control Regulations related to restricted areas (Bungardi, Jiiwiirliiiji/Juwurlinji, Looina, Noonkanbah, Pandanus Park, Spinifex, and Woolah). They redefine restricted areas and extend the period during which these regulations have effect, generally until July/August 2023.
Aboriginal communities and liquor licensees operating in or near the specified restricted areas are affected. The regulations redefine the boundaries of some restricted areas and extend the restrictions on alcohol in those areas.
