Principal Act
These regulations amend the Rail Safety National Law (WA) Regulations 2015. They update reporting requirements for rail occurrences and revise the rates for rail infrastructure management and train operation.
Rail infrastructure managers and rolling stock operators are affected by the updated rates. Rail operators must now provide immediate oral reports of occurrences to the Regulator.
