These regulations amend the Real Estate and Business Agents (General) Regulations 1979. They update the prescribed examinations and qualifications for real estate and business agent licences and certificates, including introducing restricted certificates for property management and sales.
Applicants for real estate and business agent licences and certificates will be affected by the updated examination and qualification requirements. Existing licensees seeking to reinstate their licenses may also be affected. The changes introduce new categories of restricted certificates.
