Principal Act
These regulations amend the Residential Tenancies Regulations 1989 to update procedures related to bond administration, abandoned goods, and notices of entry, and to update standard forms.
Lessors, tenants, and bond administrators are affected by changes to bond processes, procedures for dealing with abandoned goods, and requirements for providing notice of entry. Courts are affected by changes to how they provide notice.
