Principal Act
These regulations amend the Retail Trading Hours Regulations 1988 by removing the requirement for applications to be made on a specific form (Form No. 5) and instead allowing the chief executive officer to approve the form.
Retailers applying for exemptions or variations to trading hours are affected. They will no longer need to use a specific form, but instead use a form approved by the chief executive officer.
