Principal Act
These regulations amend the Retirement Villages Regulations 1992 to update references to the current Interim Code of Practice for Retirement Villages. It replaces references to the 2020 version with the 2021 version in regulation 4A and Schedule 1 Forms 1 and 1A.
Retirement village operators and residents are affected. Operators must use the updated code in their operations and documentation. Residents will benefit from the updated code's provisions.
