Retirement Villages Act 1992

These regulations amend the Retirement Villages Regulations 1992 to update references to the applicable code of practice. It replaces references to the 2015 Code with references to the Interim Code of Practice (No. 2) 2018.

Retirement village operators and residents are affected. The regulations ensure that references in the Retirement Villages Regulations 1992 and associated forms align with the current Interim Code of Practice.
