Principal Act
These regulations amend the Road Traffic (Blood Sampling and Analysis) Regulations 1975 and the Road Traffic (Urine Sampling and Analysis) Regulations 1983 to update a reference to the Health Act 1911.
Pathology laboratories and personnel involved in blood and urine sample analysis for road traffic offences are affected. The amendment updates a reference to ensure correct legal citations.
