Principal Act
These regulations amend the Road Traffic (Administration) Regulations 2014 to include a penalty for contravening a prohibition notice under section 71BA(3) of the Road Traffic Act. They specify a penalty unit value of 12 for this contravention.
Drivers who contravene a prohibition notice under section 71BA(3) will be subject to a penalty of 12 units. This affects all drivers in WA.
