Principal Act
Amends the Road Traffic Code 2000 to clarify speed limit definitions and introduce penalties for using devices or driving in a manner that interferes with speed measuring equipment.
Drivers are affected by the new penalties for interfering with speed cameras. All drivers are affected by the clarification of speed limit definitions. Heavy vehicle operators face higher penalties for these offences.
