Principal Act
These regulations amend the Road Traffic (Vehicles) Regulations 2014. They adjust the penalty and modified penalty amounts for an unspecified offence under regulation 120, increasing both.
Individuals who commit the offence specified in regulation 120 of the Road Traffic (Vehicles) Regulations 2014 will be subject to higher penalties.
