Racing and Wagering Western Australia Act 2003

These rules amend the Rules of Wagering 2005 by replacing references to the 'Australian Prices Network' with 'pricing information body'. This change updates the entity responsible for determining Australian on-course bookmakers' pricing information.

This change affects Racing and Wagering Western Australia (RWWA), bookmakers, and wagering participants. RWWA will now select the 'pricing information body'. Bookmakers and wagering participants will see the updated terminology in relevant rules and wagers.
