These regulations amend the Salaries and Allowances Regulations 1975. They prescribe entities in Schedule 2 of the Salaries and Allowances Act 1975 for the purpose of defining 'Government entity' under section 7C(1)(b) of that Act.
Government entities listed in Schedule 2 of the Salaries and Allowances Act 1975 are now formally prescribed for the purposes of section 7C(1)(b) of the Act, which relates to the determination of salaries and allowances for certain government positions.
