Principal Act
These regulations amend the School Education Regulations 2000 to include vaccination status as a required piece of information for enrolments. It defines terms related to vaccination status and references the Australian Immunisation Register.
Schools are affected as they must now collect and record the vaccination status of enrollees and children. Parents are affected as they must provide vaccination status certificates upon enrolment.
