Principal Act
This proclamation announces the commencement date for Part 3 of the Sentencing Legislation Amendment Act 2016. Part 3 will come into operation on 1 July 2017.
Courts and legal professionals will need to be aware of the commencement of Part 3 of the Sentencing Legislation Amendment Act 2016 and its implications for sentencing procedures from 1 July 2017.
