These regulations amend the State Administrative Tribunal Regulations 2004 to update a reference to the Fair Trading (Retirement Villages Interim Code) Regulations from the 2019 version to the 2020 version in Schedule 6.
Retirement village operators and residents are affected by the updated reference to the Fair Trading (Retirement Villages Interim Code) Regulations. The State Administrative Tribunal will apply the correct version of the regulations when resolving disputes.
