These regulations amend the State Administrative Tribunal Regulations 2004 to include decisions made under specific sections of the Public Health Act 2016 within the Tribunal's jurisdiction. This expands the types of public health matters that can be appealed to the State Administrative Tribunal.
Individuals and entities affected by decisions made under sections 109(1) or (2), 127(1), 141C(3), 163(2), 194(2), 207 or 265 of the Public Health Act 2016 can now appeal those decisions to the State Administrative Tribunal.
