These regulations amend the State Administrative Tribunal Regulations 2004 to remove fees associated with applications made under the Voluntary Assisted Dying Act 2019 s. 84(1). They also update references from 'provision' to 'enactment' in regulations 11A and 11B and Schedule 7.
Individuals applying to the State Administrative Tribunal under section 84(1) of the Voluntary Assisted Dying Act 2019 will not be required to pay a fee. Legal professionals and the Tribunal itself will need to update their terminology from 'provision' to 'enactment'.
