Principal Act
These rules amend the State Administrative Tribunal Rules 2004 to incorporate the use of the Tribunal's electronic document system (EDS) for filing documents and update references to incorporated associations.
Parties interacting with the State Administrative Tribunal will now primarily use the EDS for filing. Incorporated associations' representation rules are updated to align with the Associations Incorporation Act 2015.
