The State Administrative Tribunal Amendment Rules 2021 amends the State Administrative Tribunal Rules 2004. It inserts a new rule (48A) regarding the distribution of community titles applications to relevant parties as outlined in the Community Titles Act 2018.
Community corporations are now required to distribute copies of applications under section 45 of the Community Titles Act 2018 to specific individuals mentioned in section 163(2)(a), (b), or (c) of that Act. This ensures broader awareness of applications affecting community titles.
