Principal Act
These rules amend the Rules of the Supreme Court 1971 to replace references to "EDS" (Electronic Document System) with "ECMS" (Electronic Case Management System). This reflects a change in the electronic system used by the WA courts.
Legal professionals and court staff will be affected. They will need to use the new ECMS system instead of the old EDS when filing and managing court documents electronically. This change aims to modernize and streamline court processes.
