Swan and Canning Rivers Management Act 2006

These regulations amend the Swan and Canning Rivers Management Regulations 2007 to include the Swan Valley Planning Scheme under the Swan Valley Planning Act 2020 within the definition of 'local planning scheme'.

Local councils and developers involved in planning within the Swan Valley area are affected, as the Swan Valley Planning Scheme is now explicitly included in considerations under the Swan and Canning Rivers Management Regulations.
