Principal Act
These regulations amend the Taxation Administration Regulations 2003 to allow the Commissioner to disclose information to administrative authorities for the purposes of administering the Rates and Charges (Rebates and Deferments) Act 1992.
Administrative authorities responsible for administering rates and charges rebates and deferments will have access to information held by the Commissioner of State Revenue. This facilitates the administration of the Rates and Charges (Rebates and Deferments) Act 1992.
