These regulations amend the Taxation Administration Regulations 2003 to allow the Commissioner of State Revenue to disclose information to WorkCover WA and the Corruption and Crime Commissioner, and to clarify information disclosure rules regarding legal practitioners and settlement agents involved in STR arrangements.
WorkCover WA and the Corruption and Crime Commission will have access to information from the Commissioner of State Revenue for their functions. Legal practitioners and settlement agents are affected by the clarification of information disclosure rules related to STR arrangements.
