Taxation Administration Act 2003

These regulations amend the Taxation Administration Regulations 2003 to allow the Commissioner to disclose tax information about suppliers and their senior officers to the Department CEO for procurement-related functions under the Procurement Act 2020.

Suppliers to State agencies and their senior officers may have their tax information disclosed to the Department CEO. This facilitates the Department CEO's functions under the Procurement Act 2020, specifically section 14(1).
