Therapeutic Goods Law Application Act 2024

This Notice, made under the Therapeutic Goods Law Application Act 2024, officially publishes two new therapeutic legislative instruments that have been made and published on the Federal Register of Legislation website. These instruments apply as law in Western Australia, subject to specific sections of the Therapeutic Goods Law Application Act 2024.

Manufacturers, suppliers, and prescribers of therapeutic goods in Western Australia are affected as new federal legislative instruments regarding permissible ingredients and annual charge exemptions are now applicable as state law.
