Principal Act
These regulations amend the Tobacco Products Control Regulations 2006 by deleting regulation 10(2). They commence on the date of gazettal and 31 December 2021.
Businesses and individuals affected by the Tobacco Products Control Regulations 2006 will no longer be subject to the requirements of regulation 10(2). The practical effect depends on the content of the deleted regulation.
