These regulations amend several existing transport-related regulations by replacing their infringement notice forms. The updated forms include revised wording regarding the consequences of non-payment and options for requesting extensions or court prosecution.

Operators and individuals who receive infringement notices under the Mooring Regulations 1998, Towing Services Regulations 2025, or Transport (Road Passenger Services) Regulations 2020 will see updated forms with clearer instructions and warnings about enforcement actions under the Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices Enforcement Act 1994.
