These regulations amend the Transport (Country Taxi-cars Fares) Regulations 1991 to introduce a $2.00 airport fee for taxi journeys starting at the terminal at Port Hedland International Airport.

Taxi passengers commencing journeys from the Port Hedland International Airport terminal will be required to pay an additional $2.00 airport fee. Taxi operators in country areas will need to adjust their fare calculations to include this new fee.
