These regulations amend various transport-related regulations to update fees and charges under the Jetties Act 1926, Perth Parking Management Act 1999, Road Traffic (Authorisation to Drive) Act 2008, Road Traffic (Vehicles) Act 2012, Shipping and Pilotage Act 1967, and Western Australian Marine Act 1982.
Mooring licence holders, vehicle owners, parking permit applicants, and shipping operators will be affected by the changes to fees and charges. The changes will impact the cost of licenses, permits, and other services provided by the Department of Transport.
