Jetties Act 1926

These regulations amend the Jetties Regulations 1940, updating fees and charges related to the use of jetties and related facilities. They also replace Schedules 2 and 3 regarding fuel oil wharfage.

Users of jetties and related facilities will be affected by changes to fees for services such as pen usage, electricity, water, rubbish removal, and passenger/cargo loading. Fuel oil suppliers at specified locations will also be affected by updated wharfage rates.
