These regulations amend the Jetties Regulations 1940 and the Shipping and Pilotage (Ports and Harbours) Regulations 1966. They remove references to specific ports (Derby, Varanus Island, Wyndham, and Yampi Sound) and adjust fees for pilotage certificates.
