Transport (Road Passenger Services) Act 2018

These regulations amend the Transport (Road Passenger Services) Regulations 2019, specifically modifying regulation 35ZF regarding authorised on-demand booking services and who can perform functions on the provider's behalf.

Providers of authorised on-demand booking services are affected. They can now authorise specific persons, including those who supply, install, or maintain camera surveillance units, to carry out functions on their behalf.
