Unclaimed Money (Superannuation and RSA Providers) Act 2003

This notice announces the expiry of the Unclaimed Money (Superannuation and RSA Providers) Act 2003. The Treasurer has determined that the Act's purpose has been fulfilled and there is no reason for it to continue.

Superannuation and RSA providers are no longer subject to the requirements of the Unclaimed Money (Superannuation and RSA Providers) Act 2003. The Act ceases to have effect at the end of the day on which the notice is published.
