Principal Act
Extends the applicability of existing course fee regulations for Vocational Education and Training (VET) colleges in Western Australia. Specifically, it amends the regulations to cover course fees for the years 2021 to 2025, inclusive.
VET colleges and students will be affected. Colleges can continue to set course fees under the existing regulatory framework for an additional four years. Students will continue to pay course fees as determined by the colleges, subject to the regulations.
