Principal Act
These regulations amend the Vocational Education and Training (Colleges) Regulations 1996 to update the course fee provisions for 2020 and 2021.
Registered training organisations (RTOs) and students undertaking vocational education and training courses will be affected by the updated fee arrangements. RTOs need to adjust their fee schedules and billing processes.
