Water Agencies (Powers) Act 1984

These by-laws amend the Water Agencies (Water Use) By-laws 2010 by deleting definitions of 'scheme water' and 'scheme water supplier', correcting a typo in the definition of 'domestic bore water', deleting Part 2 Divisions 1 and 1A, and deleting Parts 3 and 4 regarding water restrictions and exemptions.
