These regulations amend the Water Services (Water Corporations Charges) Regulations 2014 to adjust fees and charges for water services, including introducing a cap on increases for certain GRV based charges and modifying charges for commercial standpipes in water deficiency areas.
Water corporations and consumers in Western Australia will be affected. Some consumers may see a cap on increases to their water service charges, while those using commercial standpipes in areas with water deficiencies will have different service and consumption charges applied.
