Principal Act
These regulations amend the Water Services (Water Corporations Charges) Regulations 2014 to update the definition of 'rural land' to include land zoned under the Swan Valley Planning Scheme.
Landowners in the Swan Valley region whose land is zoned for agricultural or rural use under the Swan Valley Planning Scheme will now have their water service charges determined based on this updated definition of 'rural land'.
