Principal Act
These regulations amend the Water Services (Water Corporations Charges) Regulations 2014. They add the Arts and Culture Trust to Schedule 8 and delete item 16 from Schedule 8.
The Arts and Culture Trust established under the Arts and Culture Trust Act 2021 section 7 is added to Schedule 8. Item 16 is removed from Schedule 8. The specific impact depends on the content of Schedule 8 and items added/removed.
